Michael Thomas Coffee Roaster is one of our favorite local coffee shops and one of our favorite coffee's is Hornet Roast...named after Highland High School right down the block from us!

The Guatemala beans are from Huehuetenago. A double french, with a rich full body and a uniquely smooth finish. Notes of roasted marshmallow, smoky, caramel, vanilla, and nutty flavors.
