HERNÁN's Mole Poblano pays homage to Mexico's diverse food culture, believed to be created by nuns in colonial times. The sauce is a complex balance of 28 vegan, natural ingredients, including 4 types of chilli, raisins, nuts, sesame, cacao, plantains, "piloncillo" and herbs & spices. An ideal accompaniment to poultry, pork, seafood, vegetables, huevos rancheros and tacos, and great as a BBQ rub.
