Fig Jam: Figs are harvested in Aguascalientes, Mexico, and their taste and benefits represent the richness of the land.
Guava Marmalade: Often described as a cross between a strawberry and pear, the sweet flavor of fresh guava can vary from mild to strong. Grown in the heart of calvillo, aguascalientes, our guavas are exclusively harvested from select farms.
Hibiscus Marmalade: The hibiscus is a beautiful flower, but as a marmalade, it’s even more exquisite! With a rich burgundy color that heralds the bright, tangy flavors of apples and berries, this vitamin-c-packed spread is wonderful on toasted bread and charcuterie boards.
Mesquite Honey: Pure, unfiltered honey harvested from mesquite trees in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The strong, earthy flavor and sweet, cinnamon-mocha undertones coupled with a delicate texture make this honey a hearty complement to breads or crackers. Warning: unsuitable for infants under 12 months.
Quince Jam: The quince is part of the apple and pear family, with flavors of both. This tart fruit exudes the aromas of vanilla and apple and is high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
