Returns & Exchanges

We appreciate great customer service and want to provide that ourselves. If for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately in order to resolve the issue (our policy lasts 30 days only). If your item is damaged in any way, we will, of course, replace it at no cost. If you decide to exchange or return an item, we're happy to honor that, but please return items in unused condition, in original packaging if possible. Because we are a small studio, we are not be able to pay for the return shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the time we receive your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
